Despite the suggestive name the new model Honda is far from Brazil. With debut scheduled for the end of August, Indonesia, the future Honda BR-V was the first official sketches released on Monday (29). The SUV with seating for seven people was created by the research and development teams of Honda in Thailand.
In a statement, Honda says the BR-V will be initially launched in the Asian market. Third model developed by the local team, the SUV will have three rows of seats and 1.5 liter engine that promises to deliver "sporting performance and optimum efficiency" and may be associated with two types of transmission (speculated whether a manual transmission and a new automatic transmission 9-speed ZF).
Speaking of looks, the new utility is well balanced and robust. Good height from the ground, large alloy wheels and rack on the roof. Headlights with projector, frames the fenders and aggressive bumpers complete the look.
Still not many details released, the new SUV should be based on the compact platform Brio MPV, revealed two years ago. The premiere will be in Indonesia's Hall on August 20 and you can reach the Indian market since 2016.
